Problems faced with conveyor belt sorting
A customer involved in the food industry in Poland was not satisfied with the blowing performance of their air nozzles. The air nozzles were not blowing sufficiently enough to sort the packaged products on their conveyor belt which led to extra manual work and production stops.
Solution
The customer consulted B4S, which is the partner and distributor of Ikeuchi in Poland. B4S recommended the company to test Ikeuchi’s TAIFUJet® air nozzles as they are known for their high performance and blowing power. The customer tested a combination of our TAIFUJet® TF-F42 PPS and TF-R PPS on their conveyor belt, which worked out perfect for them. After the testing period ended, the customer decided to switch to Ikeuchi’s TAIFUJet® air nozzles. Below is a video showing the final result.
