What are the large capacity fine fog nozzles?
Our large capacity fine fog nozzles are compressed air driven nozzles. They can spray a liquid in tiny droplets, with a droplet size smaller than 100 μm. Moreover, these products are used in numerous applications, such as:
- spraying chemicals;
- cooling gas or thin plates;
- dust suppression.
However, these series are specialized in applications for the steel and iron industry.
The spray capacity is the water flow rate sprayed from the nozzle. One of the features of pneumatic spray nozzles is to spray at small, medium, and large capacity such as 15-2000 L/hour. Furthermore, the air and liquid pressure are directly proportionate depending on the type of capacity selected. Large capacity nozzles are balanced choices for applications such as: dust suppression in recycling facilities, exhaust gas cooling, flue gas desulfurization solutions for SOx reduction, etc.
