Light Rain Nozzles (+300μm)
The light rain nozzles are hollow cone hydraulic nozzles. With similar pressure, spray capacity, and spray angle, the mean droplet size of hollow cone spray pattern nozzles is the smallest among all hydraulic nozzles. Indeed, reducing the mean droplet diameter increases the total surface area of the spray liquid, which has a significant effect on the transport phenomena of materials, such as chemical reaction, absorption, adsorption, etc.
What are the light rain hollow cone nozzles?
The light rain nozzles are also called semi-coarse atomization nozzles, based on the droplet size criteria. Our range includes a total of 6 products. Furthermore, they spray medium to large droplets, bigger than 300 μm. Indeed, this droplet size if very close to the size of light raindrops. This is a rather large atomization size among hydraulic nozzles, and are suitable for applications such as :
- spraying slurry;
- pollution control;
- absorption tower of gases;
- cleaning gas, air, and machines;
- cooling gas, roofs, machinery, warm water.
