ARS – autostrainer

The ARS series is an auto strainer that significantly reduces the costs of cleaning and repairing/replacing on-site strainers. It maintains the strainer function by automatically cleaning foreign matter that accumulates during filtration.

By installing it before a sand filter or heat exchanger piping, it efficiently removes dirt, sand, rust, algae, slime, etc., reducing abnormalities and breakdowns caused by foreign matter, and significantly reducing the costs associated with them. See the video below to learn more.

In various industies, liquids are used which contain dirt or foreign substances, Water treatment is commonly performed by installing a strainer and filter in the front stage. With general strainers, cleaning by the operator is essential to maintain performance. The ARS series auto strainer does not require cleaning by operators. The cleaning timing can also be optimized and automatic cleaning can be performed periodically.

The ARS series uses a jet injection method that is different from these methods, and performs a non-contact high-pressure cleaning using a nozzle that is resistant to wear. It has the advantage of being able to be used for a long period of time and maintaining high cleaning performance over that period. Auto strainers operate for a long time and must maintain their performance during that time. Additionally, as they are often installed in locations that are difficult to maintain, it is very important that they have sufficient cleaning ability.

The ARS series is currently only available in Japan.
