Standard Solid Stream Jet
Standard Solid Stream Jet nozzles are a subcategory of the hydraulic spray nozzles. Their design produces a compact, solid jet of liquids to spray. Because of their straightforward design, they might be the simplest form or the most basic of nozzles. However, they are beneficial when high impact cleaning is needed, or for some trimming/ cutting applications, especially for various processes in the paper and pulp industry.
What is the difference between the standard solid stream jet nozzles and other solid stream nozzles?
The standard solid stream jet is our highest impact solid stream nozzle. Thanks to the interior design, it has a minimal pressure drop that generates a much larger flow of solid stream jet compared with other solid stream nozzles with the same orifice diameter.
They are exceptionally efficient for the following applications :
- high-pressure cleaning: parts, vehicles, machinery, wires and felt pieces of paper making machines;
- trimming: paper making.
